Quick answers
The questions everyone asks in week one. Still stuck? Start the free trial and try anything — nothing you do there can break a class.
Try it free ▸What are Scholio tokens and what happens if I run out?+−
Tokens power the AI. Every generation shows its price before you run it. Premium includes 1M a month (about 100 resources), Max includes 5M — and you can top up anytime. Your created materials never expire.
Do my students need accounts to play?+−
No. Students join a live game with the room code you show on screen, from any device, free — no account and no payment. All 22 games work this way.
Can I use Scholi if my school doesn't?+−
Yes. A teacher account stands on its own: your classes, materials, games and gradebook are yours. If your school joins later, your work comes with you.
What happens after my 7-day trial?+−
The trial is full Premium with 250K tokens. When it ends your account returns to the free plan unless you upgrade — everything you created stays in your account.
How do parents get access?+−
The school invites them. A parent accepts the invite, then sees their own children — their work, grades, report cards and messages — from one account, even with children in different classes.
Still stuck? A human answers.
We reply within a school day — usually much faster.
